This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership service setting.
The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Essential Functions:
Scanning and filing Repair Orders.
Setting up We Owes with customers.
Answering phones and assisting customers.
Billing out customers.
Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
Other duties as assigned by the management team.

This is a full-time position.
The hours are typically Monday - Friday from 1 pm - 9 pm.
Education /
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience is preferred, but not required.
We will offer training and support to the right candidate.
Good job references are required.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience.
