IT Support Technician

IMMEDIATE NEED/START LOCATION - NORTH AURORA, IL Our client based in North Aurora, Illinois has an excellent opportunity available for a IT Support Tech.
The Tech Support Specialist supports and troubleshoots services for end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware, software and associated services.

Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact to provide technical support to end users Set up, configure, repair and troubleshoot PCs and laptops Troubleshoot software and network issues Troubleshoot basic Active Directory / Windows Domain issues Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers Configure and install Printers and Scanners Perform first level problem determination and resolution Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members Requirements:
Documentation skills to keep track of all problem/solution tickets; experience with escalation processes Ability to communicate technical issues to end-users for a better understanding of the problem Knack for working in a fast-paced environment and understanding on how to prioritize the tasks given Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.
Evening and weekend coverage will be needed.
Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel Detail and customer service oriented Technical Requirements:
At least 1 year of technical experience in the following:
Copier and Printer set-up and troubleshooting Desktop Support Support for MS Office 2010 and 2013 and Office 365 Windows OS Wireless Provide File and Print Support.
Reimaging devices Android, Windows CE and Apple IOS device support Education:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience highly desired.
CompTIA A
Certifications are desired but not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
